Join us for this track weekend module that provides an opportunity for us to think more deeply about how we read and engage with the bible. What is good interpretation, who does it, and does that make a difference? What does it mean if we call the bible Scripture, and does that affect our interpretation? As we think about how we think about the bible(!), we hope to gain a richer and more nuanced understanding of interpretative praxis that honours the historical context and form in which the text was given, and speaks into the context in which it is now read.
